JLES is a specialised project control & project management cost consultancy, based in Kilmacolm, Scotland.
Established in 1984 and initially working in the Oil & Gas industry, JLES comes from a background in design within the heavy engineering industry of shipbuilding.
Over the course of time the company moved on to commercial cost & contract management which covered the main disciplines of project engineering & specialising in project controls.
More recently we have diversified into the Renewable Energy sector and find that there are exciting times ahead.
Commercial awareness is paramount throughout our company and it is our objective to work within a continuous and improving environment to consistently deliver projects safely, on time and on budget.

All business activities are covered through the timeline of Pre conceptual, Feed, Conceptual Design, Detail Design, Fabrication, Construction, Pre commissioning & commissioning and Handover. Greenfield and Brownfield work scopes are all covered.
Our company can operate in either client, contractor or independent role within any of the above business sectors and can also supply personnel at any level direct to the clients working environment. In this instance, working on their projects under client supervision but at all times maintaining the JLES in house support & back up network.
